Terms of Use and DMCA
These terms set out the rules for using TechyGo. By visiting the site or playing the games on it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We have kept the wording as plain as we can.
Using the site
TechyGo is offered for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You are welcome to play the games, read the articles and share links to any page.
In return, we ask that you use the site fairly. In particular, please do not:
Try to gain access to the admin area, the database or any part of the site that is not meant for visitors.
Interfere with the site or its games, overload the server, or use automated tools to load pages in bulk.
Click on advertisements in an artificial way, or encourage others to do so.
Copy our game descriptions, articles or site design and publish them elsewhere without permission.
Use the contact form to send spam, threats or unlawful material.
We may block access for anyone who misuses the site.
Games and who owns them
Some games on TechyGo were made by us. Others may be supplied by independent developers, who keep all rights in their work. Game titles, artwork and logos belong to their respective owners. Showing a game here does not give you any right to copy it, modify it or host it somewhere else.
The written descriptions, how-to-play guides and blog articles on this site are our own work and are protected by copyright. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page it came from.
Advertising and links to other sites
The site is supported by ads, which are supplied by third parties. We do not control the content of individual adverts, and showing one is not a recommendation of the product or service. If you follow an ad or any other link to another website, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply, and we are not responsible for what you find there.
Messages you send us
If you send us a suggestion, a bug report or other feedback, you agree that we may use it to improve the site without owing you anything. We will not publish your name or email address.
Copyright complaints and DMCA notices
We respect the rights of creators. If you believe that something on TechyGo infringes your copyright, please write to us through the contact page or at support@techygo.tech and include:
The address of the page where the material appears.
A description of the work you say has been copied, and where the original can be seen.
Your name and a way to reach you.
A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner or by law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.
We look at every notice and will remove material that is shown to infringe. If your own game has been removed and you think that was a mistake, contact us in the same way and explain why.
No guarantees
The site and everything on it are provided as they are. We work to keep the games running, but we cannot promise that the site will always be available, that every game will work on every device or that the content is free of mistakes. Scores and progress are not stored on our server and may be lost when you close or refresh the page.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the site, from being unable to use it, or from relying on anything published here. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law says cannot be removed.
Changes
We may add, change or remove games and other content at any time. We may also update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and by continuing to use the site you accept it.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, please ask us through the contact page or at support@techygo.tech. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
